How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Holdingpolitical Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or otherwise contacted Holdingpolitical Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done on your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Holdingpolitical Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@holdingpolitical.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
